DUO Accounting and Services Co., Ltd. provide full accounting services from designing and implementing accounting system for new established company, giving advices about the documentation system, being tax consults. We also take care of filing report to related governmental offices. Our accounting services includes.

ACCOUNTING SERVICES

• Accounting and tax consulting, covering from setting up new accounting system to filing report to legal units
• Preparation of accounting journals, general ledgers
• Account closing and financial statement preparation, including details such as trial balance, accounts receivable and accounts payable sub-ledger
• Monthly tax filing
• Preparation of input tax and output tax report for VAT filing (Phor Por 30)
• Preparation of Corporate Income Tax Filing Half-year and Annually (Phor Ngor Dor 51 and 50)
• Registration as company’s accountant

Accounting service fee, starting from THB 3,000 per month, depends on number of documents and the complexity of transactions. The fee includes messenger service for picking up documents.

AUDIT

We provide auditing services by Certified Public Accountant (CPA), starting from THB 5,000.

• Perform audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Principal by our CPA team
• Prepare auditor’s report
• Filing financial statement to Department of Business Development (DBD)
